The drum dryer flaker is an indirect conduction heating equipment. It is mainly used for drying liquid, slurry and paste materials. wet materials can be directly obtained into powder or flakes.

Working Principle

The inner heated hollow drum rotates axially and the speed is adjustable. and the outer surface of the drum is evenly covered with slurry. The slurry is heated and the water is vaporized and discharged by the induced draft fan. and the dried faker material is discharged by the scraper.
