Rotary Atomizer Spray Dryer is suitable for processing solutions, suspensions, or slurry-form materials. The material liquid is added to the high-speed rotating dispersing disc, the liquid is thrown into droplets by centrifugal force and then dispersed in the hot air. It is suitable for the drying of highly heat-sensitive materials and materials that are easily dispersed in the process of liquid concentration.

Working Principle

the liquid is continuously accelerated to the wheel edge by centrifugal forces, produced by the rotation of the wheel. The liquid is distributed centrally and then extends over the wheel surface in a thin sheet, discharged at high speed at the periphery of the wheel. The degree of atomization depends upon peripheral speed, properties of the liquid, and feed rate.
