The round vibratory separator is a versatile and high-precision fine powder separator, which is typically applied in bulk solids and slurries grading, scalping de-dusting, and filtering.

Working Principle

The rotary vibratory separator generates a three-dimensional motion that enables the screening of fine particles. vertical vibration motor revolves rapidly with a centrifugal force that stimulates a sieve to move circularly. The materials on the sieve receive the impulse so that the sieve provides a throwing movement on screening surfaces. The undersized materials pass through the screen mesh while oversized frictions move outwards in a circular pattern & are discharged from the outlet.
