The tumbler screening machine is an imitated hand screening that meets the needs of high volume and precision screening. The screening efficiency and working life are 3-5 times of a conventional round vibration sieve.

Working Principle

The tumbler screen generates a three-dimensional tumbling motion (elliptical movement) that enables the screening of fine & ultra-fine particles. The elliptical movement sets radial & tangential inclination. The screening material spreads out evenly on the entire surface from the center to the discharge port. The radial inclination makes the screening material move from center to outwards & tangential inclination makes the material move in a circular pattern, thus a spiral motion is achieved. The undersized materials pass through the screen mesh while oversized frictions move outwards in a circular pattern & are discharged from the outlet.
