Product Description
The two-fluid nozzle spray dryer is mainly used for spray drying high-viscosity liquids or organic liquids with large molecular weights. The nozzle structure is simple, and the resulting particles are relatively fine, generally about 5-30 microns.
Working Principle
The two-fluid nozzle atomizers are independent of liquid flow and pressure. The necessary energy is supplied by compressed air. The atomization is created due to high frictional shearing forces between the liquid surface and the air having a high velocity.
Features and Benefits
Designed for high-viscosity and heat-sensitive materials
Suitable for solution, suspension, paste, corrosive and high-hardness materials
Automatic control, easy to operate and reliable
The drying product has excellent quality, uniform particle size, and good fluidity.
Typical Application
Pharmaceutical, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, stearate, pigment, etc.
